At 1028 PM EDT, NWS doppler radar indicated a small cluster of 
showers near Cape Colony, or 13 miles northeast of Plymouth, moving 
northeast at 15 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Edenton, Hertford, Winfall, Chapanoke, Burgess, Cape Colony, Snug 
Harbor, Holiday Island, Saint Johns, Parkville, Yeopim Station, 
Forestburg, Light Nixon Fork, Harvey Point, Somerset, Drummond Point 
and Jacocks.

Motorists should use extra caution in the vicinity of these 
showers...and be prepared for rapid changes in weather and road 
conditions. Heavy rain could cause ponding of water on roads...and 
possible minor flooding of ditches and poor drainage areas.
