A cluster of showers and thunderstorms will continue to move
northwest across the Upper Susquehanna Valley region of 
Pennsylvania. At 3 PM, most of the activity was from near a 
Wellsboro, Williamsport line, eastward across the endless 
mountains. The southern edge of the activity was just north of 
Interstate 80. Some storms will contain brief torrential 
downpours. The activity is moving northwest at 30 mph.
