Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms over eastern
sections of the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles will continue 
moving north northeast at 40 mph through 8 PM this evening. Brief
gusty winds to around 40 mph and locally heavy rainfall amounts
exceeding one inch may accompany the strongest storms.
