A lone thunderstorm was located about 15 miles north of Childress
and nearly stationary. This storm may produce an inch or two of
precipitation and wind gusts to 40 mph. As the storm continues to
produce moderate to heavy rainfall over the same region, some
localized flooding will be possible until the storm dissipates.
