.NOW...At 4 15 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated isolated to 
scattered showers and thunderstorms across southeast Texas and 
southwest Louisiana that are slowly moving north to northwest.

Some of these showers and thunderstorms will produce locally 
heavy rainfall and occasional cloud to ground lightning. Up to 
one to two inches of rain may fall in persistent heavier bands. 
Drivers should remain alert to sharply changing visibility and 
slick roads.
