developed this morning across portions of southern Maryland and 
the Virginia Northern Neck. A Dense Fog Advisory may be needed if 
this fog becomes more widespread.

If traveling, be alert for rapidly changing visibility. Slow down
and use low beam headlights if encountering dense fog.
