The National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southern Bay County in southeastern Michigan...
  Northeastern Midland County in southeastern Michigan...

* Until 430 PM EDT.

* At 345 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 7 miles north of Midland, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Linwood around 400 PM EDT.
  Kawkawlin around 405 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Averill, Crump, Bombay, Willard, Hope, and Bay City State Recreation
Area.

This includes the following highways...
 I-75 between mile markers 162 and 180.
 US-10 between mile markers 117 and 128, and between mile markers 135
and 139.
