  Eastern Morehouse Parish in northeastern Louisiana...
  North central Richland Parish in northeastern Louisiana...
  Western West Carroll Parish in northeastern Louisiana...

* Until 1015 PM CDT.

* At 936 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 8 miles east of Oak Ridge, or 15 miles northeast of
  Rayville, moving north at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Bonita and Jones around 955 PM CDT.
