The Flood Advisory will expire at 715 PM AST this evening for a 
portion of Virgin Islands, including the following area, Saint Croix.

Flood waters will continue to recede. The heavy rain has ended. 
Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat at this time...
although periods of intermittent rains may continue overnight.  
Please continue to heed to any road closures and remain alert to 
ponded water on roads.
