  by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Iowa, including the following 
  counties, Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay and O'Brien.

* WHEN...Until 245 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of the Little Sioux River is occurring. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 458 PM CDT, widespread river flooding will persist along
    the Little Sioux River.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Sioux Rapids, Peterson and Linn Grove.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
