...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of north central Nebraska, including the 
  following county, Holt.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of the Elkhorn River, and other low-lying and 
  flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 107 PM CDT, Flooding from heavy rainfall last week
    continues to affect the area, though water levels are
    falling.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    O'Neill, Atkinson and Emmet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
