The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of northern New York, 
including the following counties, Northern Franklin, Northern St. 
Lawrence, Southeastern St. Lawrence, Southern Franklin, Southwestern 
St. Lawrence, Western Clinton and Western Essex and Vermont, 
including the following counties, Caledonia, Eastern Addison, 
Eastern Chittenden, Eastern Franklin, Essex, Lamoille, Orleans and 
Washington.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
