The Flood Watch will expire for portions of west central Illinois, 
including the following areas, Hancock, Henderson, McDonough and 
Warren, southeast Iowa, including the following areas, Des Moines, 
Henry IA, Jefferson, Lee and Van Buren, and northeast Missouri, 
including the following areas, Clark and Scotland.

The flash flood threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will 
expire at 10 AM CDT this morning.
