The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of northwest and the 
Panhandle of Texas, including the following areas, in northwest 
Texas, Childress, Cottle, Dickens, Kent, King, Motley and Stonewall.

The heaviest rain has come to an end, with only light to moderate 
rain lingering early this morning. Thus, the threat for significant 
and widespread flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. 
Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
