...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Louisiana, including the following 
  parish, Sabine and Texas, including the following counties, 
  Angelina, Cherokee, Nacogdoches, Sabine, San Augustine and Shelby.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Elevated rainfall rates will continue through the remainder
    of the morning before tailing off by late afternoon. Locally
    heavy rainfall has fallen across most of the watch area over
    the last 3 days. Any additional heavy rainfall could result
    in flash flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood 
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
