...FLOOD WATCH FOR THE HURRICANE, APACHE, AND LAKE BURN SCARS WILL 
EXPIRE AT 5 AM PDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flash Flood Watch for the Hurricane, Apache, and Lake burn scars 
will expire for a portion of southwest California, including the 
following areas, Cuyama Valley, Northern Ventura County Mountains, 
San Luis Obispo County Interior Valleys, San Luis Obispo County 
Mountains, Santa Barbara County Interior Mountains and Santa Ynez 
Valley.

The flash flooding threat has decreased this morning. Brief heavy 
downpours are possible later today across the Apache burn scar, but 
amounts are expected to remain below thresholds for flash flooding 
and debris flows. Therefore, the Flash Flood Watch will expire at 5 
AM PDT early this morning.
