...FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 915 PM EDT THIS EVENING FOR 
NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN AND NORTHEASTERN ST. LAWRENCE COUNTIES...

Flood waters are slowly receding and the heavy rain has ended. While 
no new flash flooding is expected, numerous roads across the area 
remain affected by high water with elevated flows on streams and 
creeks likely continuing into the nighttime hours.

Please continue to heed remaining road closures. A travel ban 
remains in effect for St. Lawrence County.
