...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following 
  counties, Carter, Greene, Hawkins, Unicoi and Washington.

* WHEN...Until 730 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Ponding of water in low-lying and poor drainage areas 
  and strong rises on smaller creeks and streams.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 523 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Johnson City, Jonesborough, Midway, Pine Crest, Unicoi,
    Baileyton, Leesburg, Telford, Avondale, Jearoldstown and
    Milligan College.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
