SITUATION AT 1200UTC
Vigorous westerly flow associated with a low 954hPa near 64S120E. Forecast low
960hPa near 64S126E at 181800UTC, low 964hPa near 64S131E at 190000UTC, low
974hPa near 64S136E at 190600UTC and then low 978hPa near 64S143E at 191200UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 54S111E 54S122E 60S133E 63S131E 62S114E 59S105E 54S111E.

FORECAST
Westerly quarter winds 34/45 knots within 660nm of low in the northern
semicircle, then contracting to within 480nm of the northern semicircle of low
by 182100UTC, and contracting to within 360nm of the northern semicircle by
190000UTC. Winds easing below 34 knots by 191200UTC. Very rough to high seas.
Moderate to heavy swell.
