Vigorous flow associated with a low 963hPa near 63S118E. Forecast low 962hPa
near 63S122E at 200600UTC, low 966hPa near 63S129E at 201200UTC, low 968hPa
near 64S138E at 201800UTC and low 968hPa near 63S147E at 210000UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 56S111E 55S120E 56S138E 56S158E 60S160E 64S118E 61S109E 56S111E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 34/47 knots within 480nm of low in the northern semicircle.
Winds increasing to 45/55 knots within 240nm of the northwestern semicircle of
low from 200600UTC. Winds easing below 34 knots west of 128E by 210000UTC. Very
rough to high seas, rising to very high in storm force winds. Moderate to heavy
swell.
