Vigorous flow associated with a trough near 29S162E to low 995hPa near 36S155E
to trough near 39S154E, 29S162E 34S160E to low 991hPa near 37S155E to trough
near 40S154E at 130000UTC, 30S164E 36S160E to low 986hPa near 38S155E to trough
near 40S154E at 130600UTC, 29S165E 36S160E to low 984hPa near 38S155E to trough
near 40S154E at 131200UTC, and 29S168E 37S160E to low 983hPa near 39S155E to
trough near 44S153E at 131800UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 29S166E 29S170E 44S161E 47S151E 45S150E 38S149E 35S152E 29S166E.

FORECAST
Northeasterly quarter winds within 300nm east of trough. Wind speeds 34/47
knots. Clockwise winds increasing within 240nm of low from 121500UTC reaching
wind speeds of 34/47 knots in all but the northeastern quadrant. Winds
initially north of 40S, spreading throughout by 131500UTC. Very rough to high
seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
