near 37S126E at 030600UTC, low 996hPa near 37S130E at 031200UTC, and low 996hPa
near 38S134E at 031800UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 33S116E 34S129E 36S130E 38S117E 37S116E 33S116E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 34/45 knots within 480nm of low. Winds easing below 34 knots
throughout the area by 031500UTC. Very rough to high seas. Moderate to heavy
swell.
