...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR CENTRAL EDGECOMBE AND SOUTH CENTRAL
HALIFAX COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 530 PM EDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, there is 
still some weak rotation with this storm and gusty winds and heavy 
rain are still possible.
