Surface observations indicate that heat indices are falling as high 
temperatures across Deep South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley cool. 
As a result, the Heat Advisory in effect for much of the area until 
5 PM CDT this evening has been allowed to expire and is no longer in 
effect.
