...Areas of locally dense fog will persist into the morning...

Fog has been observed across portions of central and southern 
West Virginia, northeast Kentucky, and southeast Ohio early this
morning. The fog is locally dense, with visibility under one half
mile in some locations. Motorists should exercise extra caution 
and be prepared for rapidly changing visibility while driving. The
fog should diminish or dissipate by mid-morning.
