...Areas of Locally Dense Fog will Persist into the Morning...

Clear skies, calm flow and moisture from antecedent rainfall will
allow areas of dense fog to develop overnight. Dense fog is
expected mainly along river valleys, but could spread to other
areas as well.

Dense fog will reduce visibility under one quarter of a mile in 
some locations. Motorists should exercise extra caution and be 
prepared for rapidly changing visibility while driving. Any dense
fog will gradually dissipate by mid morning.
