well after midnight. Patchy blowing snow early this evening.
Blowing snow late this evening and overnight. Precipitation may
be heavy at times late this evening and overnight. Visibility one
quarter mile or less at times. Snow level 3500 feet after
midnight. Snow accumulation of 11 to 17 inches. Lows in the mid
20s to lower 30s. Very windy. South winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts
to around 60 mph. Chance of precipitation 90 percent.
